About the Role
The Performance Marketing Intern role at ClearKaya™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. This role offers hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and provides exposure to luxury, nature-focused consumer brand growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display.
- Track campaign performance.
- Conduct data-driven analysis.
- Prepare reports.
- Suggest optimizations to improve key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Assist with A/B testing and performance testing.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Knowledge of Performance Management and Performance Testing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM.
- Interest in e-commerce or D2C brands is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
