Pilot

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pilot role based in Mumbai. The Pilot will be responsible for operating aircraft safely and efficiently, following all aviation regulations, company procedures, and standard operating protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Review weather and route information.
• Prepare flight plans.
• Coordinate with ground and air traffic control teams.
• Monitor aircraft performance.
• Manage navigation and communication systems.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable experience for passengers and crew.
• Maintain accurate flight documentation.
• Participate in safety briefings and training.
• Support continuous improvement in operational standards.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial or airline transport pilot license with appropriate type ratings and endorsements.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, flight operations procedures, safety protocols, and air traffic control communication.
• Demonstrated experience in flight planning, navigation, weather assessment, and aircraft performance management.
• Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure, with excellent situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with crew members and ground staff.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and rigorous adherence to checklists and operational standards.
• Good physical health and fitness consistent with aviation medical requirements.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
