About the Role
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer at XNA Airport. This position offers a pay rate of up to $17.50/hour ($16.50 starting pay, with up to $1/hour performance-based incentives).
Schedules Available
- Thursday - Monday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thursday - Monday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of various sizes.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety concerns, and damage.
- Check and verify fuel levels, fluid levels, tire condition (pressure and tread depth), warning lights, and exterior damage.
- Inspect windshield for damage and ensure registration is present and matches the license plate.
- Perform factory resets on vehicle settings.
- Check for and secure customer items, placing valuables in Lost & Found.
- Fuel and stage vehicles.
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, reporting any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Assist customers as needed and may transport them to and from branches.
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the branch location, including interior and exterior cleaning.
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
- Experience with washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles.
- Ability to operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers.
