Site Engineer – Thermal Power Plant / Boiler Experience

About the Role
Chemclenzio India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily site operations at industrial project locations throughout India. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Thermal Power Plant Boiler Operator and possess the ability to manage site personnel, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities according to project specifications.
- Handle and coordinate site manpower, including workers and technicians.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work in line with project schedules.
- Maintain daily attendance, manpower records, and site progress reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and the HR team on site operations and manpower needs.
- Monitor worker discipline, productivity, and adherence to site regulations.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Report daily work progress, site challenges, and manpower updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate requirements for materials, tools, and equipment with relevant teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
- Travel and work at project sites across India as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous experience as a Thermal Power Plant Boiler Operator is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of thermal power plant and industrial site working environments.
- Manpower handling and team coordination.
- Site supervision and daily work planning.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B Tech in Mechanical, or a relevant technical discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in manpower handling or site supervision will be an added advantage.
