BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly graduated Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for care to join our team in Raleigh. The Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduates to learn new skills, grow, succeed, and advance in their nursing careers.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to a client's home.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Perform skills with autonomy in the client's home.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
Pay during the nurse residency program is $28-30/hour with various incentives.
