Intern, Service Offer Design

About the Role

• 3-month paid internship opportunity at Philips in Cambridge, MA.
• Gain hands-on experience at a HealthTech company.
• Targeted towards individuals currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) or graduate (MS) degree.
• This is an office-based role requiring full-time presence.

Your Role

• Design and refine Philips service offers for the North American healthcare market through customer and market research, data analysis, and offer-design materials.
• Support business cases, pilot planning, and launch readiness to enhance service value and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the North America Services and Solutions Marketing team, supporting Diagnosis & Treatment businesses.
• Work with offer management, marketing, sales, service operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Document customer journeys, service workflows, requirements, and decisions.
• Track project milestones and follow-up actions.
• Gain experience in product management and offer design.
• Receive coaching from experienced leaders and exposure to the service-offer lifecycle.
• Strengthen skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, product management, engineering, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field.
• Skills include basic data analysis and comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and written documents.
• Ability to organize information, identify patterns, and summarize complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Interest in healthcare technology, services, customer experience, innovation, or product management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and locations.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, and welcome feedback.
• Attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance.
• Willingness to follow Philips quality, privacy, compliance, and information-security requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, project, research, or team experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• Intern – Service Offer Design
• Massachusetts
• Bachelor Level: $26 – 30 per hour
• Master’s Level: $33.00 to $46.00 per hour
• Plus overtime eligible.
