About the Role
A full-time, on-site Equity Dealer role based in Pune City. This role involves executing equity trades on behalf of clients in line with their instructions, risk profiles, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market movements.
- Manage client orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
- Provide updates on market trends.
- Support clients with basic investment queries.
- Coordinate with the research and sales teams to deliver informed recommendations.
- Maintain trade records.
- Comply with SEBI and internal policies.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Practical exposure to trade execution and order management.
- Understanding of Equities and related instruments, including market dynamics, risk factors, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret market data and support client decisions.
- Analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in trade processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealing environment.
- Adherence to compliance norms.
- Ability to maintain high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Stock Market and Trading concepts.
- Foundational expertise in Finance and Investments.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in broking, dealing, or financial services is preferred.
- SEBI/NISM certifications in capital markets are an advantage.
