About the Role
NeuroInkX Labs is seeking a strategic Investor-CFO to join at an early stage. This role is for a finance professional, angel investor, or entrepreneurial leader who can contribute capital investment and financial leadership to build and scale their AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Invest in the company and support its fundraising strategy.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Develop financial strategies for sustainable growth and scalability.
- Build relationships with investors, strategic partners, and potential funding organizations.
- Advise the founder on business strategy, capital allocation, and financial decisions.
- Establish financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Strong understanding of fundraising, financial modeling, and business strategy.
- Ability and willingness to make a personal or institutional investment in an early-stage startup.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, or emerging technology businesses.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or startup finance.
- Experience in a CFO, finance leadership, or entrepreneurial role is preferred.
