About the Role
Plugio is an AI-powered content operator platform for creators, founders, and small teams. This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role located in Bengaluru. The intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns to promote Plugio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Help develop marketing strategies.
- Create basic marketing content.
- Support social media and community engagement activities.
- Assist sales and customer success teams with lead follow-ups, feedback collection, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas to refine Plugio’s positioning and messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes, including lead nurturing.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), and creator economy trends.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to prepare simple performance reports.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
