About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Electronics Hardware Engineer role based in Pune City. The Electronics Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic hardware solutions for power and cooling systems used in critical digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electronic hardware solutions.
- Perform circuit design and schematic development.
- Select components.
- Integrate hardware.
- Support prototype build and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, system engineering) to ensure reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Conduct root-cause analysis.
- Support compliance testing.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing hardware platforms.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Electronics Hardware Design
- Circuit Design for power and control applications.
- Hardware Development (prototyping, testing, design validation).
- Computer Hardware and general Hardware Concepts relevant to embedded and industrial systems.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout review (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Mentor).
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in product development environments for power, cooling, telecom, or data center equipment is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams on-site in Pune City.
