About the Role

Luxclusive Homes is seeking a sharp, fast, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, banking, and financial operations within the luxury real estate sector. This role offers an opportunity for growth into a larger finance role as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage books of accounts, ledgers, AP/AR, and month-end closing using Tally Prime Gold and ERP systems.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, corporate tax coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Manage bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Oversee banking operations, cash management, inventory, and fixed asset reporting.
• Support MIS reporting, budgeting, and project-wise cost tracking.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime Gold, GST, TDS, and corporate tax.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong accounting fundamentals, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Real estate or project accounting experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• B.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates pursuing professional qualifications are welcome.
