About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are looking to build their career in Finance and Accounting. This opportunity provides exposure to US accounting processes, particularly in Record to Report (R2R) & Accounts Payable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pass Journal Entries such as Accruals, Prepaids, and Reclass entries
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and record bank transactions
- Conduct Account Reconciliation / Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Support Month-End Closing activities
- Assist in Preliminary Financial Statements preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
