About the Role
Xplo Animation is seeking a Blender 3D Generalist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, props, assets, and environments.
- Set up production-ready scenes and environments.
- Perform scene cleanup and optimize assets for performance.
- Create realistic and stylized lighting setups.
- Manage rendering workflows efficiently.
- Work on basic to intermediate simulations.
- Maintain clean topology and optimized assets.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Blender (Mandatory)
- 3D modeling and environment creation
- Scene setup, optimization, lighting, and rendering
- Basic understanding of simulations
- Basic understanding of production pipelines
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Blender.
- Good knowledge of 3D modeling and environment creation.
- Experience with scene setup, optimization, lighting, and rendering.
- Basic understanding of simulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Passion for 3D, CGI, and VFX.
- Willing to work full-time from the office.
- A portfolio is required for consideration.
