Designation: Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process)
Job Location: Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai (Location depends on project assigned)
Key Responsibilities
- Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goals.
- Make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
- Make calls to patients on behalf of doctor's office.
- Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willing to work in Night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or later).
- Willing to join immediately for work from office mode.
- Good English communication skills (Written and oral).
- Possess good typing skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel mandatory).
Qualifications
- Any degree or Diploma (12+2 or year Diploma only).
- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards can apply.
- Current year 2026 passed out can also apply.
- Freshers with other field experience with good communication skills can apply.
Salary: Rs. 2,37,000 as CTC Per Annum (Including Retention Bonus)
