Junior Full Stack Engineer, AI startup

About the Role

Founding Teams is an AI powered pre-accelerator & Talent for equity platform. We support the next generation of AI startup founders with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for next-generation AI tech startups and working with global startup talent.

Key Responsibilities

• This role would suit a Lead Full Stack Developer with a background or solid understanding of solution design/architecture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS
• Experience with back-end technologies: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Java, Spring, Ruby on Rails, Python, Django
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience using containerization tools: Docker or Kubernetes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, ML, Statistics, Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical background in probability, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
• Confident in taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Enjoy the process of turning nebulous ideas into reality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter who drives projects and builds strong relationships with stakeholders and teams to tackle large cross-functional efforts.
• Thrive with minimal guidance and process.
• Worked in both small teams/incubators and large corporations.
