Role Description

The Information Technology System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring system performance.
• Performing regular backups and updates.
• Managing user accounts and permissions.
• Maintaining documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Providing technical support to internal teams.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Coordinating with network and security stakeholders to improve reliability and resilience.
• Working closely with other IT professionals to implement best practices.
• Supporting AI-driven solutions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of IT services.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• System Administration skills, including server management, operating system configuration, and user access control.
• Network Administration skills for managing routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network security practices.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology concepts, including IT infrastructure, security principles, and cloud or virtualization basics.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments, backup solutions, and monitoring tools is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive IT issues.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
