Role Description

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading or owning a technology-driven organization, preferably in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or ERP solutions.
• Strong strategic planning, business management, and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of driving growth and organizational transformation.
• Experience in overseeing multi-functional teams, fostering a flat and collaborative culture, and managing stakeholders across geographies.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and cloud architectures, and their application in enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging with employees, customers, partners, and industry bodies.
• Background in finance, operations, or product management that supports effective governance, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
