The Dental Assistant will support the dentist in providing efficient, safe, and comfortable dental care to patients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring close coordination with the dental team and direct interaction with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms.
• Assist during examinations and procedures.
• Manage instruments and materials.
• Ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed.
• Record patient information.
• Explain basic oral care instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and patient preparation.
• Practical knowledge of Dentistry and Dental Care.
• Skills in Oral Care education to guide patients on proper hygiene and preventive practices.
• Thorough understanding of Sterilization procedures and infection control standards.
• Relevant dental assistant certification or diploma is preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting in Kolkata or similar environment is an advantage.
