About the Role

Area Sales Executive at RSH GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (JOY).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and distribution of JOY personal care and skincare products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive primary and secondary sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Expand market coverage and appoint new distributors and retail outlets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and business plans.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG sales and distribution is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
