About the Role
Infosys is seeking an Associate Security Officer for their Bengaluru team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of the organization's assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices to employees.
- Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect potential security incidents.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with other solutions and frameworks such as FFWW is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.
