The Client Development Consultant – Influencer Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing client relationships focused on influencer campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand stakeholders to understand marketing objectives.
- Recommend suitable creators on KOLPlanet.
- Guide clients on optimizing their influencer strategies.
- Conduct needs assessments.
- Present platform capabilities.
- Review campaign performance metrics.
- Provide data-informed recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Offer ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Help clients fully leverage KOLPlanet’s AI-driven insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with data dashboards, CRM tools, and common marketing platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience for building trust-based partnerships and managing accounts effectively.
- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex insights clearly, handle inquiries, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret engagement metrics, audience sentiment, and ROI data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media strategy is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
