About the Role

The Operational Specialist role at DMCbazaar.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to booking workflows, partner coordination, and service delivery.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of travel requests.
• Monitor system processes.
• Handle escalation of operational issues.
• Optimize turnaround times.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data.
• Document processes.
• Contribute to enhancements in tools and workflows that support travel agents and DMC partners.
• Proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain high service standards and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to work with data, reports, and operational metrics.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Sales and relationship management skills to support account teams and enhance partner satisfaction.
• Operations Management skills to manage workflows, streamline processes, and maintain service quality.
• Project Management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B platforms is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common business software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
