Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients.
- Confirm appointments.
- Follow up with past and potential clients.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Distribute marketing materials.
- Keep clients engaged during wait times.
- Learn how to answer questions about taxes.
- Learn how to prepare taxes.
- Learn how to walk clients through various stages of the tax interview process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
- PTIN Certification: Yes
Qualifications

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
