About the Role

Natural Grocers is seeking a Cashier (Good4u Customer Care) who is passionate about helping people and nutrition. This multifaceted, entry-level position involves a variety of tasks, including stocking, greeting, cashiering, and promoting special events. The role offers opportunities to utilize people skills and a passion for nutrition, health, and the environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/Carrying: Constant up to 10 lbs.; Frequent 11-20 lbs.; Occasional 21-50 lbs.; Occasional 51-100 lbs. (with team lift).
• Pushing/Pulling: Frequent up to 15 lbs.; Occasional 16-100 lbs.
• Computer Use: Occasional for data entry and mouse use.
• Mobility: Constant walking, standing, fine motor manipulations, gripping, bending, twisting, turning, reaching outward.
• Reaching: Frequent above chest.
• Other: Occasional sitting, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.

Environmental Requirements

• Frequent: Working with sharp tools and equipment, dust, fumes, and congested worksite.
• Occasional: Working with noise, cold, heat, wet, humid conditions, outside, heights, and contact stress.
