About the Role

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - New Grad Program
• Location: Queen Creek
• Program Start Date: May 2027
• Employment Type: Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds, and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• NP or PA program completion.
• National certification.
• Graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026.
• Active AZ license or licensure application submitted by December 1, 2026, with license obtained no later than February 1, 2027.
• Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care.
