Marketing Purpose Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Marketing Purpose Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area (Hebbal). This role focuses on creating marketing-oriented visual assets, including digital graphics, social media creatives, campaign banners, presentations, and branding collaterals aligned with eShipz’s visual identity. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer communication. The role requires an immediate joiner who can work from the office, manage multiple design projects, and meet fast-paced marketing timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on creatives for social media, website pages, email campaigns, ads, and events.
• Ensuring consistency in brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar industry-standard design tools.
• Ability to produce marketing collaterals such as social media posts, email templates, landing page graphics, infographics, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong Graphic Design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools and experience creating digital and print-ready graphics.
• Experience in Branding and Graphics, with the ability to maintain and evolve brand guidelines and create cohesive visual identities across channels.
• Understanding of Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to design performance-oriented creatives for campaigns, ads, and organic content.
• Relevant education or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate rapidly.
• Comfort working full time from the office in the Greater Bengaluru Area (Hebbal).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in B2B, tech, or SaaS marketing design is an advantage.
