About the Role
The Rotational Development Program (RDP) is an 18-month program designed to build operational and technical skill sets for global trade. Every assignment is live, revenue-generating work. Participants will gain certification in AI and low-code tooling, alongside operational and commercial training. Graduates will move into roles primarily in Account Management, with potential paths into Automation Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering/Consulting, Sales Engineering, or traditional Ops/Sales/Customs tracks.
Key Responsibilities
You will rotate through three functions, six months each, with AI/low-code curriculum running continuously:
- Gateway Ops (Air or Ocean):
- Own the shipment lifecycle.
- Execute bookings, manage exceptions, and ensure data integrity.
- Build automation and reporting skills through structured coursework.
- Customs:
- Navigate customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws.
- Engage in applied technical work including SQL, workflow automation, and Lean process improvement.
- Sales / Account Management:
- Undertake go-to-market work and build client-facing skills with increasing independence.
