About the Role

Lipika Workforce Solutions is seeking a full-time Recruiter for a remote position. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions supporting YouTube and digital marketing growth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through online platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
• Support offer negotiations.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring experience through consistent communication with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience using online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract candidates.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruitment analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
• Understanding of digital marketing, content creation, or YouTube ecosystem is a plus.
