About the Role
The Growth & Community Intern will support initiatives to expand Twin’s user base and strengthen engagement within the user community. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves assisting in planning and executing growth experiments, supporting outreach campaigns, and collaborating with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing growth experiments.
- Support outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for user acquisition.
- Help manage community channels.
- Respond to user feedback.
- Contribute to events or online activities that foster a supportive and active user community.
- Track key metrics.
- Prepare reports.
- Coordinate small projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and retention.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, track growth metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Effective Communication skills to engage users, collaborate with internal teams, and create clear community updates.
- Growth Hacking and Sales skills to support user acquisition strategies, outreach, and conversion efforts.
- Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support execution of growth and community initiatives.
