About the Role
OMNAAD is seeking an Interior Designer for a contract role, open to PAN INDIA applicants. The role focuses on creating functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts.
- Prepare layouts.
- Produce detailed drawings for projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Translate client needs into practical design solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Interior Design concept development.
- Material selection.
- Furniture planning.
- Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and user experience.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interior projects.
- Ability to coordinate with architectural designs.
- Experience preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
- Basic MS Office tools.
- Strong visual communication skills, including mood boards, presentations, and 2D/3D representations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Salary offered: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
Additional food and travel compensation will be provided.
