About the Role
You will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical and will help manage/resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and provide resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Interactions will be within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
- Receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact your own work.
- Function as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
- This role may require working in rotational shifts.
