About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Consultant located in Gurgaon. The job holder will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include reaching targets, establishing and expanding the customer base, and following up on company-provided leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into sales.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of customers.
- Manage all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities.
- Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Track, analyze, and report business results to the reporting authority at desired intervals.
