Salary

• Freshers (Business Development / Training Operations Executive):
• During Internship (up to 6 months): Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month
• After Internship: Rs.3,00,000 to Rs.4,00,000 per annum CTC
• Experienced (Business Development / Training Operations Manager):
• Fixed: Up to 3 to 6 Lakhs per annum based on Skillset

• Coordinate with Ops teams & clients on a regular basis to execute training smoothly

• Possess a strong understanding of our products & services, competition in the industry, and positioning
• Note: Candidate must own a personal laptop and Two/Four Wheeler.

Operations Team Skill Set

• Work with Educational Institutions and execute Training Programs
• Managing the workload of trainers and streamlining training operations
• Effectively communicate with colleges, trainers, and management
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate internal trainers and freelance trainers for flawless execution of training programs
• Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentation
• Hiring Full Time Trainers for seamless execution of training programs
• Hiring Freelance Trainers for seamless execution of training programs
