About the Role
This is a Business Analyst role at Ecosmob Technologies, specifically for a fresher local candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Solution Analyst, Business Development Team, and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs.
- Manage client communication, participating in conference calls with prospects/customers to gather business requirements alongside the Solution Analyst.
- Assist the Solution Analyst in writing SOW, SRS, BRD, and FRD as needed.
- Assist senior members with project requirement gathering and documenting project information.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure and estimates for requirements.
- Work closely with the Solution Analyst for presales and post-sales activities.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team, Project Manager, and Tech Leads.
- Assist in preparing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria under senior guidance.
- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint ceremonies to understand Agile processes.
- Assist in process documentation, basic research, and requirement validation.
- Continuously learn and adapt to solution analysis practices, aligning with project and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in verbal and written English Communication.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills.
- Understanding of Business Requirement and requirement engineering.
- Interest in learning VoIP and SIP.
- Must have completed Graduation.
- Good to have education qualifications: BE Computer Engineering, BE IT, BE EC, BCA, MCA, or MBA.
