About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Floor Clerk position at our El Cajon location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers on the sales floor.
- Organizing merchandise.
- Maintaining store cleanliness.
- Returning shopping carts.
- Assisting on the cash register.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs independently and safely.
- Reliability and a punctual work ethic.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
Schedule: Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Monday through Thursday 3:00pm - 7:00pm or Tuesday to Saturday 10:30am - 7:00pm
Positions require a drug screening and background check.
