About the Role
InterEx Group is hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant for their Miami office. This is a Full-Time, Five Days On-Site position with an immediate start date. The role offers a $55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission from Day One.
Key Responsibilities
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and securing business from hiring companies. Your daily activities will include:
- Phone-based sales, relationship building, and business development.
- Calling freelancers and contractors in areas like Data and AI, ERP, CRM, and Cloud.
- Building and maintaining your candidate network.
- Discussing candidate projects, experience, availability, and career aspirations.
- Contacting businesses and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Developing new business and promoting InterEx’s recruitment services.
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiating rates and terms with candidates and clients.
- Matching contractors to suitable opportunities.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Providing follow-up with candidates and clients.
- Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems, and other tools for sourcing and networking.
- Working towards weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Developing a specialist market and building your own client base and desk.
