About the Role
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join their growing team. The role involves learning technical skills to perform professional cleaning and restoration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning.
- Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects.
- Operate and maintain professional cleaning and restoration equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Complete job photos, notes, and documentation using a mobile device.
- Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
- Learn additional restoration services and industry skills.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in carpet cleaning, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, landscaping, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, warehouse work, or other hands-on service roles is a plus—but not required.
