About the Role

Mara Talent is seeking a competitive, commercially minded, and motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to build a career from day one. This is a performance-driven environment where progression, earnings, and title are based on achievements. The role is based in Houston, Texas, within an established global recruitment business specializing in STEM markets, including Engineering, Technology, Life Sciences and Energy.

Compensation

• Base salary: $45,000 - $50,000
• Uncapped commission from day one
• Year 1 OTE: $75,000–$85,000
• Earnings are directly tied to performance.

Training & Development

• Structured training with a dedicated in-house Learning & Development function.
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience
• OR a sales internship
• OR up to 1 year in staffing/recruitment
• OR a highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
