The team is composed of passionate interior design professionals dedicated to crafting functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. With a focus on “creative intelligent spaces,” the agency aims to blend innovation, practicality, and style in every project. Elegancia Interiors offers clients personalized design solutions that reflect their needs while elevating the overall experience of each space. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts
• Preparing layouts
• Creating detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Meeting with clients to understand requirements
• Conducting site visits
• Preparing mood boards and material palettes
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design execution
• Producing construction drawings
• Selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
• Collaborating with the team to maintain design quality and project timelines

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to plan and organize interiors through strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and building standards relevant to interior projects
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation
• Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E
• Strong proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools)
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors on-site
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
