Position: Social Media Marketing Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: Internship (Full-time, In-office)

Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of full-time offer based on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing —someone who enjoys being both in front of and behind the camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Create and publish content including posts, stories, and reels
• Actively shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form video content
• Work with the design team to develop engaging visuals and creatives
• Use editing tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or other editing tools to produce polished content
• Monitor industry trends, social media influencers, and viral content to inspire fresh ideas
• Assist in scheduling and managing posts using Meta Business Suite and other tools
• Track and report on weekly social media performance
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative direction
• Engage with online communities, groups, and forums to increase visibility and reach

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and online trends
• Comfortable with shooting and editing reels
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Rush, Canva)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-driven, creative mindset, and attention to detail
• Must be able to commute to M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurugram, or relocate nearby
• Available to work full-time from the office (Monday to Saturday)
• Must submit samples of previous editing work (posts/reels/short videos)

Qualifications

• Certification or coursework in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing is a plus
• Course certification in Social Media or Digital Marketing is preferred
