Role: Technical Support Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide technical assistance and support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow standard procedures and scripts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (education / CSR).
