About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Article Trainee role based in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in statutory and internal audits.
- Assist in forensic audits.
- Prepare working papers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support direct and indirect tax assignments, including GST.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation.
- Contribute to ROC, company law, FEMA, and cross-border compliance work.
- Research accounting, tax, and regulatory issues.
- Draft reports and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team on audits and business advisory engagements.
- Actively learn and develop skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- Integrity.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Qualifications
- Registered as an Article Trainee under ICAI regulations, or eligible to register (CA Intermediate cleared).
- A sound foundation in accounting, auditing, and basic taxation, including GST.
Stipend: Over and above ICAI norms
