Production Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer to manage the complete production and operations of our DIY metal furniture products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle metal work and wooden work as per product requirements.
• Manage daily production planning and execution.
• Manage raw material, inventory, and finished goods.
• Supervise assembly line and product assembly.
• Manage and supervise workers and daily production activities.
• Ensure quality control, finishing, and product standards.
• Handle packing, labelling, and dispatch.
• Maintain production and inventory records.
• Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved.
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers can also apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, metal fabrication, woodwork, and assembly.
• Good worker supervision and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and production management.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to work in a hands-on production environment.
