About the Role
To learn and assist with label printing and manufacturing operations, operate production machinery under supervision, maintain product quality, and follow workplace safety procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI candidates
- Diploma holders
- Engineering graduates
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must be willing to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes
- Only candidates from Chennai are eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with label printing and manufacturing activities
- Learn machine setup and operation under the guidance of experienced operators
- Load and unload raw materials as instructed
- Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities to the supervisor
- Check product quality and identify visible defects
- Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain production records and report output as required
- Keep machines and the surrounding workplace clean and organised
- Follow safety instructions and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate with production team members to complete assigned work on time
Training and Development
The company will provide training in:
- Machine operation and basic production processes
- Label printing and manufacturing procedures
