About the Role
Project Bhaskar is an Indian AI research and innovation initiative focused on developing culturally aware artificial intelligence systems. The Digital Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in Ajmer, with some flexibility for work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, creating, and publishing digital content explaining Project Bhaskar’s AI research, cultural initiatives, and product developments across web, social media, and other digital channels.
- Drafting articles, posts, and multimedia scripts.
- Collaborating with researchers to translate complex concepts into accessible narratives.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Shaping content strategies.
- Managing content calendars.
- Analyzing engagement metrics to improve reach and impact.
- Coordinating with design and technical teams to ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with project goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to create clear, engaging digital content (e.g., web copy, social media posts, blog articles, basic scripts).
- Experience with content planning and strategy, including managing content calendars and aligning content with project objectives.
- Strong research skills to understand AI-related topics, cultural themes, and audience needs, and to verify information.
- Skills in editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in language and tone.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and basic analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize content.
- Comfort working in multicultural and multilingual settings.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, design, and research teams.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media studies, language studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in digital content creation for technology, research, or cultural projects is beneficial.
- Interest in Indian languages, literature, or cultural studies is an advantage.
