About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Zoho Finance Accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and configuring Zoho Finance and related accounting applications.
• Setting up charts of accounts, tax rules, invoicing, and integrations with other Zoho and third-party systems.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting within Zoho.
• Monitoring financial data and performing reconciliations.
• Supporting audits while maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
• Collaborating with implementation consultants and clients.
• Analyzing business requirements.
• Proposing process improvements.
• Providing user training and ongoing functional support.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance with the ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Accounting Software, preferably Zoho Books or Zoho Finance suite.
• Demonstrated capability in Financial Reporting, including period-end closing and compliance-focused reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in implementation or advanced configuration of cloud-based financial systems is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
