Myntmore is a fast-growing B2B lead generation and outbound growth company. We build growth systems across LinkedIn, cold email, AI agents, and automation. We are looking for someone to help us build the systems behind the systems.

What You'll Do

AI Agents & Systems

• Build internal AI agents to automate marketing, content, outreach, and operations workflows.
• Build client-facing agents for lead generation, outreach, content, reporting, and campaign workflows.
• Design systems that can run end-to-end workflows and eventually automate entire business functions.
• Identify bottlenecks across Myntmore and client accounts and design systems to solve them.
• Experiment with vibe coding and emerging AI tools to build, test, and ship quickly.

Automation & Integrations

• Design, build, and optimise automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, and Python.
• Use Clay to enrich data, personalise messaging, and build repeatable prospecting pipelines.
• Connect systems across Notion, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, Calendly, ManyChat, and other tools.
• Turn manual, repetitive processes into scalable, self-running systems.

Technical Operations

• Work with internal tools, databases, hosting, domains, and integrations.
• Manage APIs, proxies, credentials, and access across different platforms.
• Monitor system performance, storage, and integrations to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Follow data security best practices across internal tools and repositories.

SEO, AEO & GEO

• Work on SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
• Optimise content and websites for visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and other AI platforms.
• Conduct regular website audits and identify opportunities to improve search and AI visibility.
• Stay updated on changes in search, AI discovery, and emerging optimisation techniques.

Content & Growth Support

• Create and publish blogs, website pages, and other marketing content aligned with SEO goals.
• Evaluate and implement new tools for outreach, webinars, events, and growth campaigns.
• Support client projects with technical setups, automations, and lead magnets.
• Build interactive experiences such as quizzes, challenges, and gamified funnels.

Systems & Documentation

• Document the systems, workflows, and processes you build so they can be used across the team.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously look for opportunities to reduce manual work and improve how the company operates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Clay, GPTs, Python, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and APIs.
• Work with internal tools, databases, hosting, domains, and integrations.
• Manage APIs, proxies, credentials, and access across different platforms.
• Monitor system performance, storage, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
• Able to take ownership and figure things out independently.
• You've already built something with AI, automation, or code.
• You think in systems, not just tasks.
• You enjoy figuring things out without a step-by-step guide.
• You naturally ask, “What else can we automate?”
• You'd rather build and test than just watch tutorials.
• You think like an operator, not just a builder.

Internship Details

• Based in Mumbai and willing to work from our office in BKC.
• Stipend: ₹7,000–₹20,000 based on experience.
• Working Hours: Full-time internship, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Immediate joining / can join within 15 days.
• Minimum commitment: 1 year.
