About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining internal and client-facing applications.
• Support animation production workflows and e-learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient code.
• Work with databases.
• Implement front-end components such as CSS-based user interfaces.
• Support application integration with existing tools and platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with animators, designers, and project managers.
• Improve existing systems by implementing enhancements and optimizing application performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Working knowledge of Databases, including basic design, querying, and data integration with applications.
• Experience or familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for user interface development.
• Understanding of Integration concepts, such as connecting applications, APIs, and third-party tools within production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript) is preferred.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow coding standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary creative-technology environment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Clear communication in English.
• Prior exposure to media, animation, or e-learning domains is an advantage.
