Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience
- Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Helping customers through the application and qualification process
- Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle
- Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs
- Responding to online leads and customer inquiries
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Following up with prospective customers
- Maintaining your customer database in the company CRM
- Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Working with teammates to provide an excellent customer experience
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-face
- Ability to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving record
- Availability to work a 40-hour workweek

Compensation
- Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission
