Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Hubballi & Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via calls, chat and email.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support operations.
